As per the policies of the Philippine Bureau of Immigration (BI) and Commission on Higher Education, foreign students are allowed enrollment at the Theology and Ministry Program (TMP) and Loyola School of Theology, Ateneo de Manila University only if they are able to present a valid  9(f) student visa or special study permit (SSP), or those who, by regulations, are exempt from securing 9(f) visa or SSP. Among those exempted from the need to obtain a student visa or special study permit are permanent residents (immigrants) and foreign nationals who have a valid working permit under Section 9(g) or Pre-Arranged Employee Missionary Visa.
 
Hence, students who do not possess the proper valid visa will not be allowed to enroll at the Theology and Ministry Program and Loyola School of Theology. For more information, visit www.immigration.gov.ph.
