Advanced Pastoral Methods

This course aims to prepare students for pastoral ministry in the context of a parish, school or other apostolic engagements. It is composed of modules covering critical areas in parish ministry as well as school administration: approaches to leadership, management of conflicts, issues concerning abuse and the safeguarding of minors and vulnerable adults, designing programs for evangelization and formation, labor law, management of church property, fund raising and finance. Other topics will also be discussed.
