Canon Law III

This third course in canon law continues the canonical-pastoral dimensions of Church life, especially ecclesial legislation regarding Marriage including preparation, celebration, pastoral care, and the canonical processes for the separation of spouses and convalidation. Apart from matrimonial processes, the course also includes the study of Book V on Temporal Goods.
