- Vol. 38, No. 2 (September 2026)
- Vol. 39, No. 1 (March 2027)
Landas (Way), the Journal of Loyola School of Theology, invites submissions for its forthcoming issues to be released in September 2026 and March 2027.
Founded on the recognition that theology is “an academic enterprise that mediates between a cultural matrix and the significance and role of religion in that context” (Bernard Lonergan), LST promotes scholarly inquiry that engages theological questions arising from the diverse religious, cultural, and social realities of Asia.
This vision resonates with the Federation of Asian Bishops’ Conferences (FABC) and its call to a Triple Dialogue—with cultures, religions, and the poor. FABC further notes that, “in the light of synodality, Pope Francis has inspired us to widen the scope of dialogue beyond interpersonal communication, and to extend it to the synodal notion of accompaniment and conviviality.”
In this spirit, Landas welcomes original scholarly articles that contribute to theological reflection attentive to Asian realities and responsive to the wider contemporary ecclesial and social challenges.

Submissions are invited on, though not limited to, the following thematic areas:
- Christian Faith and Spirituality in Asia
