We’re looking forward to meeting you on April 4-6, 2024, Easter Thursday to Saturday. To assist you and our own team of LST student organizers, we’re sending you some helpful instructions and reminders in preparation for the event.

Registration has already been closed and we’ll not accept registration payments anymore. We won’t admit walk-ins too. Only those with e-tickets will be allowed entry to the venue and partake of the meals. Please don’t bring along your unregistered relatives, friends, and colleagues.
- Ateneo Campus Map and Venues
The ICYM will be held in the following venues:
- Plenary at the Henry Lee Irwin Theater, Ateneo de Manila Grade School
- Lunch at the Richie Fernando Covered Court and San Jose Seminary Court both near LST
- Workshops and Afternoon Snacks in LST

- Drop-Off and Parking
Please take note that the Ateneo Main Road, Fr Masterson Drive, is a one-way road.
Since April 4-5 (Thursday and Friday) are class days at the Ateneo Grade School where the Henry Lee Irwin Theater is located, participants are requested to park in the parking lots along Seminary Road – near the Ateneo Covered Courts and Swimming Pool, Loyola School of Theology, Loyola House of Studies, and San Jose Seminary.
On April 6, Saturday, parking at the Theater area will be available.
Passengers can drop off along Seminary Road near Fr Masterson Drive and walk towards the Theater as the driver then parks the vehicle.
- Registration: Name Tags, Kits, Official Receipts of Paying Participants
Please proceed to the Registration Desks at the Theater Lobby to claim them before the morning plenary session on April 4. Please bring your own pens.
To avoid congestion, the name tags and kits of over 100 Don Bosco School of Theology students and officials will be sent to the Office of the DBST President prior to the Conference. Those of the 255 registered LST students will be distributed at the entrance of Loyola House of Studies on Easter Monday morning.
Those with pre-distributed name tags can proceed directly to the Irwin Auditorium and need not register at the Registration Desks.

- Color-Coded Name Tags for Lunch, Umbrella
Only those with name tags will be admitted to lunch. They will be color-coded to indicate the venue – either at the Ritchie Fernando Court near Arrupe International Residence or the San Jose Seminary Court.
Shuttle vans will be available up along Seminary Road near the corner of the Fr. Masterson Drive Main Road to ferry participants to the lunch venues. Please bring your umbrella in case it rains as it did last year.
After lunch, please be sure to proceed to your Workshop Venue before 2:30pm. LST ushers will guide you. After the Workshops, snacks will be available in various serving areas in LST.
- ICYM2024 Commemorative TShirts
- Tshirts will be available for sale at the Theater in the morning and the lobby of Loyola House of Studies after lunch at 1:30pm.
- Everyone is encouraged to wear the blue tshirt for our group photo on the 2nd day to commemorate ICYM2024 (“In the Church there is room for Everyone”).
- Certificates of Attendance and Proceedings
Certificates will be emailed to participants after the ICYM upon request by email with an attached selfie at the venue. Email Mr. Juvel Borrel (support@lst.edu). The Proceedings will be uploaded on the Loyola School of Theology YouTube Channel after the Conference:
