As per the policies of the Philippine Bureau of Immigration (BI) and Commission on Higher Education (CHED), foreign students are allowed enrollment at the Theology and Ministry Program and Loyola School of Theology, Ateneo de Manila University only if they are able to present a valid 9(f) student visa, special non-immigrant (EAPI) visa, special study permit (for non-degree programs) or those who, by regulations, are exempt from securing 9(f) student visa. Among those exempted are foreign nationals who are permanent residents and who have a 9(g) Missionary Visa (cf. CHED-DFA-BI Joint Memorandum Order No. 1 s. 2017).
International students should submit a photocopy of their valid visa to the LST Secretary or email a scanned copy to vpacademic@lst.edu in order to have their LSTISIS visa records updated and thus be cleared for enrollment during the First Semester, Second Semester, and Intersession. No international student will be allowed enrollment at LST and the Theology and Ministry Program without a valid study visa.
