Biblical Hebrew II

This course consists in the translation and cursive reading of selections from the narrative texts of the Hebrew Bible. It will also include discussions of topics on advanced grammar and syntax using Waltke-O’Connor’s An Introduction to Biblical Hebrew Syntax. Students should now begin to invest in books needed for their future study of the Old Testament, among which are Hebrew Bible and a Hebrew dictionary. Prerequisite: Biblical Hebrew I
